What is corporatism?

Purchased from iStockphoto.comCorporatism is defined by the Macmillan Dictionary as, “a political and economic system in which planning and policy are controlled by large groups such as businesses, labor unions, and central government.”  With the approval of Obamacare by all branches of the U.S. Government, the path to a fully corporate government is set in stone in America.

There is no reform or repeal of Obamacare that will end this huge threat to future generations in America.

In order to understand why this is the case, one must understand judicial precedent.  A precedent is defined by Webster’s New World Law Dictionary as; “Something that came before, hence preceded the event currently in question, such as a previously decided case. It may serve as a model for the interpretation of a law, or disposition as a case.”  In other words, judicial president is a previously decided law that serves as a model for the interpretation of future laws.

It is evident that the decision on Obamacare served to create the unprecedented governmental right to tax citizens for NOT buying the products and services of the corporations that wield a tremendous amount of power throughout America’s political system.

As of today, this power has and will continue to be used to force American’s to buy the products and services of any business that can persuade only a simple majority of politicians in Congress.

For those who support the Obamacare decision, it is important to understand judicial precedent and the incredible naiveté necessary to believe that this new and ominous power of politicians will not be abused, as our children inherit the world we leave to them.
